New Orleans: Cajun and Creole Food Strong compulsive flavours, delicately reduced roux, Boudin & Cracklins, Bread Pudding and Pralines. Mmmmm
South America: Guineapig Eaten once only as a dare, a bony critter with meat that I wish was tasteless but has a disturbing cheesy taste. A staple food item in Peru but thats not enough reason to eat it. Still have nightmares.
Singapore: Din Tai Fung: Amazing taiwanese style xiao long bao. Paper thin skins containing richly flavoured broth and juicy crab or pork. The fried rice is extraordinary too.
Singapore: Chilli Crab: Meaty crab, clattered around in a wok full of fiery sauce served without cutlery which satisfyingly brings out the animal in you. Black Pepper crab even better!
